Claim Assist UK needed a refreshed online presence to reflect their expertise in accident management and claims services across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The brand required a site that felt professional, approachable and easy to use for visitors needing immediate support.
Simplified User Experience
We rebuilt the sitemap and user flow to place the most important actions — “Start Your Claim”, “Call Us”, service categories — front and centre. Clear service tiles (Motor Accident, Personal Injury, Employment Claims, etc.) allow users to quickly identify and start the correct claim path.
Visual & Trust-Driven Design
The design uses a clean layout, bold headings, and trust-focused elements (in-house solicitors, nationwide service, “no win, no fee”) to reassure visitors. The tone is expert but accessible, designed to reduce anxiety in a stressful moment.
Responsive & Scalable Platform
Built for mobile-first but fully responsive across desktop, the redesign ensures the service works seamlessly whether a user visits on a phone right after an accident or from home. The CMS structure supports future expansion of service pages, testimonials, and integration of chat/WhatsApp support.
